Verna Cordova brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to Pinyon Boulder West. Her extensive experience in residential and commercial underwriting helps her find the best loan to meet the needs of any client in today’s fast-changing market.
Verna’s background as a VP/Director of Operations for 14 years at Pinyon Mortgage, then at Guaranty Bank and Trust and most recently at American Home Mortgage as Assistant Branch Manager, allows her to identify the lender’s requirements for different loan types while working as a liaison between underwriting and the loan officers. Verna provides extensive support to all loan officers because of her extensive knowledge of loan products in the marketplace. At MegaStar Financial, Verna implemented a product search program that allowed loan officers to find needed products with a greater ease.
As a Colorado licensed real estate broker since 1991, Verna provides clients with additional services, such as referrals to qualified real estate inspectors, or assisting clients in for sale by owner transactions. Her paralegal knowledge is also beneficial in reviewing of sales documents.
